Shape stubble and longer beards with an easy-to-adjust cutting length. The Remington B5 Style Series MB5000 beard trimmer uses titanium-coated, self-sharpening blades and an adjustable comb to help you keep your chosen beard style consistent. An intuitive zoom wheel makes it simple to move from short stubble to a fuller, tidier look without swapping between a collection of fixed combs.

Key features at a glance

• 0.4–18mm trimming range: Covers short stubble, neat outlines and longer beard lengths.
• 17 length settings: Gives a choice of increments for more precise control.
• Zoom-wheel adjustment: Change the comb setting as your beard grows.
• Titanium-coated, self-sharpening blades: Designed for reliable, consistent cutting.
• Comfort-tip blade design: Helps make grooming comfortable against the skin.
• Corded or cordless use: Keep trimming even when the battery needs charging.
• Up to 60 minutes cordless runtime: Convenient for several grooming sessions.
• Removable, washable blade head: Makes regular cleaning more straightforward.

For stubble, short beards and longer styles

Begin with a longer setting and reduce it gradually until you reach the finish you want. The fine increments at shorter lengths are particularly useful when shaping stubble, while longer settings help keep a full beard even. Use the adjustable comb for uniform length, then remove it only as directed for careful detail work.

An important distinction from a shaver

The MB5000 is a beard trimmer, designed to leave a selected length of hair. If you want a close, smooth shave rather than controlled stubble, a rotary or foil shaver serves a different purpose. The removable blade head can be cleaned according to the manufacturer guidance, but do not assume that the whole device is waterproof.

Charging and maintenance

Model MB5000: up to 60 minutes cordless use from approximately two hours charging, cord/cordless operation and 17 settings between 0.4mm and 18mm. Clean hair from the blades after use and maintain the cutting head as directed. Charging times and runtime can vary with battery condition and use.
