Expert Electrical Delivery Information
Small Items
Small items such as kettles, toasters, airfryers, phones, tablets and watches will all ship with our small appliance courier.
Large Items
Large items such as washing machines, fridge freezers, tumble dryers, dishwashers and TVs will be delivered with a seperate large appliance courier. There is no extra cost for additional items.
Small Items
Small items will ship with our small appliance couriers such as An Post, DPD and GLS. These deliveries usually take 3-5 business days.

Large Items
Large appliances like TVs and washing machines are shipped with our large appliance courier and these can take from 5-7 working days to be delivered. In some instances delivery can take longer so please be mindful when ordering large applainces online.

Delivery FAQs
Yes. Our courier will take away your old appliance free of charge. We just ask that it is uninstalled and ready to go when they arrive.
If your order gets delivered damaged you can either refuse it on delivery, this will then be sent back to us. Or you can contact our customer service team and we will arrange pick up and redelivery of a new item
On mostly all of our small items tracking details will appear on your account for you to track your package. If you dont recive these details after your order is processed please reach out to our customer service team
For large applainces we currently don't have tracking available on these shipments, this is something that we are looking to fix and will be available in the future. If you contact our customer service team we can liase with the courier to provide you with an estimated delivery date
We currently do not offer an installation service on online orders, but this is something we are looking to implement in the near future.
Your local Expert store will have their own installation team that may be able to help with local installation of appliances

If you miss your delivery please get in touch with our customer service team right away and we will reschedule the delivery for the next available day.
For orders with multiple items they might be shipping from seperate warehouses so it is not uncommon for them to arrive on different days and by different couriers. Your items should all arrive within a couple days of each other. If you have any concerns of an item not arriving you can reach out to our customer service team and they can check the status of your order.
