Expand your wired home or office network with the TP-Link TL-SG1008D 8-Port Gigabit Desktop Switch. Featuring eight 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet ports, it lets you connect PCs, smart TVs, games consoles, printers and other wired devices while taking advantage of fast Gigabit network speeds.
A 16Gbps switching capacity provides plenty of bandwidth for multiple connected devices, helping large files, backups and media move quickly across your network. Each port automatically detects whether a connected device supports 10Mbps, 100Mbps or Gigabit speeds and adjusts accordingly.
Setup is simple thanks to plug-and-play operation, with no software or configuration required. Auto MDI/MDIX also removes the need for crossover Ethernet cables, making it straightforward to add extra wired connections to an existing router or network.
The compact fanless design operates quietly and can be placed on a desk or wall-mounted. TP-Link's Green Ethernet technology automatically adjusts power consumption based on network activity and cable length, helping reduce energy use when full power isn't required.
