The generous 5-litre stainless-steel bowl gives you plenty of room for larger batches, with capacity for up to 2.72kg of cake mixture or 1.35kg of dough. Kenwood's planetary mixing action helps incorporate ingredients thoroughly, giving you consistent results whether you're mixing, kneading or whisking.

Variable electronic speed control lets you gradually build up mixing speed for greater control and less mess. For delicate mixtures such as mousses and soufflés, the dedicated fold function provides slow, controlled movement to gently combine ingredients without knocking out valuable air.

The kMix comes with essential stainless-steel baking tools including a K-Beater, whisk and dough tool, along with a splashguard and spatula. The splashguard features a large feed tube so you can add ingredients while mixing, while compatible optional kMix attachments allow you to expand the machine for tasks such as mincing, pasta making and food preparation.
