Dyson Supersonic Nural Straight+Wavy Hair Dryer – 1600W | Nural Sensors | Scalp Protect Mode | Ceramic Pink/Rose Gold | 161818-01

The Dyson Supersonic Nural Straight+Wavy Hair Dryer 161818-01 in Ceramic Pink and Rose Gold combines powerful drying performance with intelligent sensor technology designed to protect the hair and scalp from excessive heat. Building on Dyson's Supersonic design, the Nural model automatically adapts airflow and temperature while you style, helping achieve fast drying, smooth results and enhanced natural shine without relying on extreme heat.

A network of intelligent Nural sensors continuously monitors how the hair dryer is being used. Scalp Protect Mode uses a Time of Flight sensor to measure the distance between the machine and your hair, automatically reducing heat as the dryer moves closer to the scalp. This helps maintain a comfortable target temperature and is designed to support scalp moisture retention while still providing effective drying performance.

The Supersonic Nural also features Attachment Learning technology. A built-in Hall sensor recognises compatible magnetic styling attachments and remembers your preferred airflow and temperature settings for each one. When the attachment is used again, the dryer can automatically return to those settings, helping create a quicker and more consistent styling routine.

Pause Detect uses a motion-sensing accelerometer to recognise when the hair dryer has been put down. When no movement is detected, it automatically reduces airflow and switches off the heater, then returns to your selected settings when styling resumes. This intelligent feature helps make the Supersonic Nural more convenient during sectioning and styling.

Power comes from Dyson's compact 1600W Hyperdymium motor, generating a high-velocity stream of controlled air for fast drying. Air Multiplier technology draws in surrounding air and amplifies the airflow by three times, producing a focused jet without requiring extreme temperatures. Dyson's Intelligent Heat Control continuously regulates air temperature to help protect hair's natural shine.

The dryer provides three precise airflow speeds and four heat settings, including a Cold Shot function for cooling and setting finished styles. Its magnetic styling attachments are engineered for different drying and finishing techniques, allowing you to create smooth blow-dries, defined waves and curls, reduce flyaways and style individual sections with greater precision.

Finished in premium Ceramic Pink and Rose Gold, the Dyson Supersonic Nural 161818-01 combines intelligent heat management, powerful airflow and versatile styling features in a distinctive premium hair dryer. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking for fast drying with greater control over heat exposure and a more personalised styling experience.
