Dyson Spot+Scrub Ai Wet & Dry Robot Vacuum – AI Stain Detection | Self-Cleaning Roller | Cyclonic Dock | Black | 586180-01

The Dyson Spot+Scrub Ai Wet & Dry Robot Vacuum 586180-01 combines intelligent vacuuming, hard-floor washing and automated maintenance to provide a highly advanced approach to everyday floor cleaning. Designed to handle both dry debris and wet spills, it can vacuum carpets and hard floors while also washing stains from sealed hard surfaces, automatically adapting its cleaning behaviour depending on what it detects.

Advanced AI stain detection uses a front-facing HD camera together with green-spectrum illumination to reveal dirt and stains that can be difficult to see. The robot can recognise nearly 200 different household objects, substances and types of debris, allowing it to distinguish between obstacles and mess that needs to be cleaned. For more stubborn stains, the Spot+Scrub Ai can repeatedly clean the affected area, using up to 15 passes before checking the floor again to confirm the stain has been removed.

For hard-floor cleaning, the robot uses a dedicated self-cleaning wet roller that is washed continuously as it rotates. Dyson's 12-point hydration system removes dirty water from the roller before applying fresh water, helping prevent grime from simply being spread across the floor. Heated water of up to 60°C is used within the roller-cleaning system to help tackle tougher stains and maintain a more hygienic cleaning process.

On carpets, the Spot+Scrub Ai automatically increases suction when additional cleaning power is required. Its digital motor delivers up to 18,000Pa of suction, while automatic carpet detection can boost suction pressure by up to four times compared with hard-floor cleaning. This helps lift fine dust, crumbs, hair and allergens from carpet fibres without requiring you to manually adjust the settings.

Navigation is handled using LiDAR, an AI-powered HD camera and multiple onboard sensors, allowing the robot to build detailed maps of your home, recognise obstacles and move efficiently between rooms. Using the MyDyson app, you can view your floor plan, create cleaning zones, choose room-specific settings, schedule cleans and monitor the robot's progress in real time. The system also supports different vacuum modes and hydration levels to give you greater control over how individual areas are cleaned.

Once cleaning is complete, the robot returns to Dyson's hygienic Cyclonic Dock, which automatically empties dry debris, cleans the system, refills the robot's water supply and recharges the battery. The bagless dock can store dry dirt for up to 100 days, depending on usage, helping reduce the amount of regular hands-on maintenance required.

With up to 200 minutes of runtime in Quiet mode, intelligent stain recognition, powerful carpet suction and automated wet-floor cleaning, the Dyson Spot+Scrub Ai 586180-01 is designed for households looking for a premium robot cleaner capable of managing both vacuuming and floor washing with minimal intervention.
