Create barista-style coffee at home with the De’Longhi La Specialista Arte Evo EC9255.M. Its built-in grinder provides 8 adjustable grind settings, helping you tailor the grind to your chosen coffee beans and prepare a consistent dose for espresso.
De’Longhi’s Cold Extraction Technology lets you prepare a refreshing Cold Brew in under 5 minutes, alongside traditional hot coffee favourites. Choose from preset Espresso, Americano and Cold Brew drinks, with a separate Hot Water function also available.
Active Temperature Control maintains stable brewing temperatures throughout extraction, with 3 temperature profiles available to suit different coffee beans and roast levels. The machine also uses a 15-bar pump and Thermoblock heating system for responsive everyday brewing.
The manual steam wand lets you texture milk for cappuccinos, flat whites and latte art, while the included barista kit features a Dosing and Tamping Guide, metal tamper and milk jug. A removable drip tray and 1.7L water tank make everyday use and cleaning easier
