Enjoy your favourite coffee hot, over ice or ready to take away. The De'Longhi Eletta Explore ECAM450.86.T is a fully automatic bean-to-cup machine designed for households that want more than espresso alone. It combines LatteCrema Hot and Cool milk systems with Cold Extraction Technology, a colour display and a wide choice of coffee recipes.

Key features at a glance

• More than 50 drink options: Explore hot coffee, iced recipes and Cold Brew-style preparations.
• LatteCrema Hot and Cool: Automatic frothing for suitable hot and cold milk drinks.
• Cold Extraction Technology: Make a Cold Brew-style coffee in under five minutes.
• 3.5-inch colour display: Clear touch icons to navigate the drink menu.
• To-Go feature: Designed for taller travel mugs, with a travel mug accessory included.
• App connectivity: Adjust supported preferences and explore features via Wi-Fi and the companion app.

Which drinks can you make?

Start with espresso or long black coffee, then explore cappuccino and latte macchiato. When the weather is warmer, choose recipes such as iced coffee, iced flat white or Cold Brew. The hot and cool milk systems help produce different textures for the chosen recipe.

Automatic convenience with variety

Unlike a manual portafilter machine, Eletta Explore grinds and brews beans for a selected recipe and can froth the milk automatically. Bean Adapt guidance and user profiles help tailor the experience to different preferences without repeated manual setup.

Before buying and daily care

The water tank is 1.8L according to De'Longhi. Allow enough counter space to access both milk carafes and the bean hopper, and check the fit of your travel mug. Milk containers need careful cleaning and appropriate refrigeration; empty grounds, refill water and descale when prompted. Promotional hampers advertised in old listings are not included unless separately confirmed as an active offer.
