The double-sided cast iron cooking plate is an extremely versatile accessory for your grill.
• One side of the plate is smooth and the other side is corrugated.
• Thanks to the thick metal, the surface of the plate stays hot for longer and doesn’t cool down when you put steaks, vegetables and other foods on it.
• On the smooth side of the surface, you can cook absolutely anything – from tiny vegetables to pancakes or omelettes.
• The corrugated side is ideal for steaks and burgers
• Can be combined it with the half-moon cast iron grate in a two-zone system.
