Delivery of small appliances typically takes 3 - 5 business days from the day of ordering. These are shipped with small appliace couriers such as An Post, DPD and DHL. Costing €5.99

Delivery of large & bulky appliances can take a little longer. We aim to still delivery within 3 - 5 business days but sometimes this can be 5 - 7 business days depending on a variety of factors. Costing €29.99 So please keep this in mind.

You can return an unopened, unused product for a full refund within 28 days of purchase. You can find our returns address here.

If a product you recieved is faulty or damaged please contact our customer service team and they will assist you with a repair, replacement or refund.

If a product is opened and security seal is broken and you want to return, you will be charged a restocking fee on the product. Please contact our customer service team for more information on this

You can choose to pay for your products in instalments with our finance partner Humm. To do this you should continue with your order as normal, add items to your basket and proceed to checkout. When you get to the payment section, choose pay with Humm. You will be brought to the Humm website where you can apply with them for finance terms.
