Spot the exact same item, in stock, at a lower price with one of our named Irish competitors.

Gather your proof

Have your order number ready, along with a copy of the advertisement or the URL of the competitor's offer.

Submit your claim

Send your order number and proof of the cheaper price to our web team within 7 days of purchase.

The fine print

Terms & Conditions

Price Promise Terms

  • We will only match genuine Irish competitors, including Harvey Norman, Currys, DID Electrical, Powercity, Euronics and Soundstore.
  • We will match online prices only. The item must be in stock and available to purchase, and must be the exact model number.
  • We will not match against our own Expert members, who are free to set their own pricing.
  • You must provide details of the competitor's offer — a copy of the current advertisement or the URL of a web advertisement.
  • Our price match guarantee is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Any price change must be brought to the attention of our customer service team within this timeframe.
  • The competitor's item must be brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms.
Excludes all Apple products.
