We will match any genuine competitor on price so you know you're getting the best deal! Get in touch with our customer service team and we'd be happy to help.

Make a claim

Follow the steps below to claim your cashback on any price matched item. Claims are subject to our T&Cs and will be reviewed by our web team.

Submit your order number and upload proof of a cheaper price at one of our competitors.

Terms & Conditions

  • ➤ We will only match genuine Irish competitiors including, Harvey Norman, Currys, DID Electrical, Powercity, Euronics and Soundstore
  • ➤ We will match online prices only. Item must be in stock and available to purchase and the exact model number.
  • ➤ We will not match against our own Expert members, who are free to set their own pricing.
  • ➤ You must provide details of the competitor’s offer, a copy of the current advertisement or the URL of a web advertisement
  • ➤ Our price match guarentee is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase, any price change must be brought to the attention of our customer service team within this time frame.
  • ➤ The competitor’s item must be brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms.
  • ➤ Excludes all Apple products.
