Banana, Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 300ml cold milk of choice
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 small banana, sliced and then frozen
Method
Step 1
Turn the blender ON by holding the power button.
Step 2
Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add ingredients in the order listed. Then secure the lid back on the vessel.
Step 3
To blend, double-click the Blend Button.
Step 4When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off.
