Why use our Collect in Store service?

Want to collect your order at a time that suits you? Then order online and select the store you would like to collect your product from. Plus you save on the delivery charge!

How do I use Collect in Store?

Simply add items to your cart, at the checkout choose the option to Collect in Store & then select your preferred store. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming your order is being processed. You will receive a second email when your order is 'ready for collection' at which point you can then visit your chosen Expert store & collect your order.

When will my order be ready?

Orders take between 3-5 working days to reach our stores. You will be notified once your item is in-store and is ready to collect. Please visit our store locator for opening hours of your local store.

Where do I collect In-Store?

Just speak with one of our in-store colleagues who will be happy to help you with your order.

What proof of ID do I need to bring?

You must bring the order confirmation email which will have your unique order reference number. This can be printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet device. Please make sure to bring additional identification e.g. driving licence or passport.

What happens if I arrive before receiving the second email?

Unfortunately, we may not have your items ready for collection so please wait for the second email confirming that your order is ready.

What happens if my ordered item(s) is not available?

On the rare occasion that an item is not available we will contact you to discuss your order.

Can I Cancel My Collect in Store Order?

If you contact 1850 760 760 or info@expert.ie we will cancel the order for you, providing that it has not already been processed.

How do I return an order collected from store?

All online orders must be returned to Expert Head Office. For more information on returning items please see our returns page.
