You can track your order status by logging into your account. Simply select 'My Account' then 'Orders'. A full list of your recent orders with delivery statuses will be displayed here.
What does each status mean?
- Order Received: your order has been received by our Web Team.
- Order Processed: your order is currently being processed by our Web Team.
- Order Dispatched: your order has been processed and will be dispatched to you shortly.
- Order Delivered: all items on the order are delivered.
- Order Cancelled: your order has been cancelled with no charges made to your card.
- Pending Payment: payment has not been received or is being reviewed.
